Refund policy

We hope you love your Eclectic Boutique purchase, but if it’s not quite right, we’re here to help with a hassle-free returns process. Below you’ll find our returns, exchanges, and faulty item policies for our customers.

Returns & Exchanges
Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also have the tags intact. 

To complete your return/exchange, we require your order number and name. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please contact us BEFORE you post back your item for return at hello@eclecticboutique.co.nz. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, or store credit will be issued. You will be sent a notification when this refund occurs. 

  • Full price items - refund, exchange or store credit. 
  • Sale and Promo items - exchange or store credit. 
  • Final sale items - no returns unless faulty.

Exchanges and Faulty Items 
We replace items if they are defective or damaged or if you require a different size and we have it in stock.

To initiate an exchange email us at hello@eclecticboutique.co.nz. We will advise if an exchange can be made. Then send your item to: 2/28 Belgium St, Ostend, Waiheke Island, 1081, New Zealand using a tracked service. 

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2/28 Belgium St, Ostend, Waiheke Island, 1081, New Zealand

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item back to us, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If we don’t receive your returned item, we cannot issue an exchange or refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund in a reasonable amount of time, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@eclecticboutique.co.nz
